I am using gnuemacs 18.48 with mh-e 3.4m and mh-6.5.  Mh-edit-again always
gives the error "Symbol's value as variable is void: from-folder".

It looks as though an "equal" is being done on nil.  This would be a nice
function to have.  Does someone have a fix?
