I am looking for e-mail access to the LETI (Laboratoire d'Electronique
et de Traitement de l'Information) in Grenoble, France.  I have access
to UUCP, ARPA, BITNET and CSNET directly but I know this lab isn't
connected to any of these four.  The only thing I know is that this
lab has a VAX on PSI with X25 number 2080-38021201.  Can anyone give
me a clue on what this means and if there is any way to transmit
messages to the LETI.  Please reply directly to me.
