Of course it didn't, as the correct name is "tor.nta.no", not "tor.uta.no".

It is also known as "nta-vax.arpa", and is the gateway between ARPA
Internet and the network "uninett" which is the national academic
network in Norway (NOT part of BITNET; just another network).
