I would like to use METAFONT on VMS. Unfortunately it is not available to
users at our site. I cannot afford to pay even the modest $200 distribution
fee for the TeX distribution tape so I am asking whether there is anyone
on the network who can send me a copy of the programs needed to run METAFONT
on VMS. The material is, as far as I know, in the public domain and is
copyrighted to prevent unauthorized modification of the source. So it ought
to be ok for you to send it to me.
