I added a copy to the VMS Backup version of the spring '86 UNISIG DECUS tape. It also appeared on the Spring 1987 RSX SIG tape (available in either BRU or VMS Backup format) in the [312,315] directory. I have no idea how good it is, but at least it's available. I presume that you can find some way to get a (relatively short) file over. BTW there's LOTS of interesting software on the S87 RSX tape... well worth examining by anyone, since most will run with trivial or no mods on VMS in native mode...
