Terminals on my Emulex CS23 DHU emulator began hanging on ^C, ^Y and
^O if you hit them during output (which is usually when you want them
most) after I went to 4.6 from 4.4. They could be unlocked by killing
the process and (a) mucking around with set term/xon, or (b) waiting.
Is this the bug? I resurrected the 4.4 copy of yfdriver, and that
seems to have fixed it.

I figured this was an Emulex problem (bugs in VMS?!). Can someone tell
me one way or the other? The machine is an unclustered 11/780.
