The following is a request from one of the users on my system. Any takers?

Does anyone have a VAX-VMS version of an archiving/data compression 
program which is compatible with System Enhancement Associates program
ARC, which is so common in the microcompute word?

(We're looking for a public domain program, mostly for data compression.)
