the DHV and DHU problems with terminal's hanging and such on input of
^C,^Y,^O was do to the modification in YFDRIVER of the YF$ABORT code for
4.6 and was a real mistake.  As of 4.7, the YFDRIVER has the 4.6 YF$ABORT code
replaced with the 4.4 code which works.
