	Does anyone know of a VMS utility to build .ARC format
archives? I am familiar with VMSSWEEP, but in the most recent
version that I have seen it only does extraction, it won't actually
build the .ARC file.
	I would be also interested to know if it will handle the
"squashed" method of file compression.
