I have heard of several packages in this newsgroup, and I assume they support many different ethernet controllers. My question is this: What are the current recommendations about hardware/software to use? My needs are currently small, telnet and ftp would suffice, but someday I might want NFS (but if a configuration that precludes NFS was strongly recommended, I would consider it.) Thanks in advance for any help. Please reply via mail, I'll summarize if there's enough interest. Rich Gopstein ..!rutgers!soleil!gopstein
