I am having problems with smail2.5 on my system.  I have followed all
instructions and it compiled with out problem.  But, it won't actually
send mail to the local users.  The log file shows incoming mail and intra-
machine mail, but nothing in the mail files.  The smail I'm running is at 
patchlevel 0.  Have there been any patches for smail?
