We're looking for a fast Fourier transform, fFt, routine written in C.
We're now using an implementation of Singleton's fFt algorithm written
in FORTRAN 77 (4.1 BSD f77).  We could translate this to C but a tuned
relatively bug free NIH implementation that has stood the test of time
has more appeal.  Can you help?  Thanks.
