Summary: Low cost alternatives

PeopleLink is a low-cost alternative that many people don't seem to be
aware of.  Non-prime-time 1200 Baud service is $4.95/hr, well below the
$7/hr figure that started this furor.  Lower rates are available for
heavier users.  The Amiga Zone on PLink is great.  (Hi Harv - you show
great restraint in not speaking up here!)  The point is, that $7/hr
limitation is a stab, not at *all* commercial services, just at the
overpriced ones.
