I picked up one of the advanced copies that were at AmiExpo.  The date 
on the magazine was APRIL.  Hopefully THAT was the hold up not the real 
issue date ;^).  I really like the mag.  Lots of heavy hitters from the 
AMIGA community.  Meaty topics as well.  Perry wrote an article that 
used a very scientific and systematic approach to setting up the ideal
environment for programming the AMIGA, I highly recommend it ;^).
