I have a question regarding resident commands and the cli.  Basically, is
there any requirement, aside from the code being re-entrant, for a program
that you want to make resident.  I remember reading somewhere that you
should only make the BCPL commands that come with the standard Workbench
disk resident.  Is there any other reason ( aside from re-entrantcy ) for
this?
