A friend of mine (on the opposite coast mind you) has a problem getting a
printer to work off his Apple so here I am humbly asking for information.  He
has a Apple Super Serial Card with a Epson 80mx printer.  What we would like
to know is the switch settings for the Card (what do they do?) and the pin out
for the cable of both the card and the printer.  Also any switch settings of
the printer.

PS He wasn't looking at the printer so the 'mx' may not be correct if you have
never heard of a mx assume it is one that you know.
