Morgan Davis has sent me a few notes trying to describe its failure on his
machine. His //e is not quite the same as a normal one (strange ROMs)
I'm trying to work out the exact cause of the problem. It's going to be hard
for me until I can get an enhanced //e for myself and play around a bit.
