I am looking for a (de)ARC program that can be used on a VAX/VMS system.
(Yes I know I'm not the only one). I would be grateful to receive a
source file from somebody. Or maybe someone can tell me of a way to
obtain it using BITNET/EARN.

Since I found quite a number of requests like this one in older
info-atari16 digest's it might be an even better idea if somebody
would post is to canada01.
