Newsgroups...

	Well, I receive "notes" (not news) with the comp.sys.att 
newsgroup. I don't have the unix-pc.* newsgroups at all.

(1) Can anybody point me to a nearby feed? In particular, does
    anyone at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,
    with hundreds of 7300s, pick it up?

(2) What is special about the unix-pc.* newsgroups? Why aren't
    they part of USEnet (or are they)?
