Willingboro, NJ Lines: 21 Well first off to fix the problems with the 1571's you need to get the new version of the ROMS. I have them and they work beautifully. They also read 1541 formatted disk and recognize them as such just as quick as they do with a 1571 formatted double sided disk. They also correct some of the other odd bugs that were found in the original 1571 roms. I bought mine for $30 from a computer show and have been happy with them. In regards to Bob's Term Pro for the Commodore 128, I called the company and spook to a customer service rep. They said that "because of insufficient memory in the 128, it can not handle full screen editing". That is pure bull. We have a Radio Shack model II in work that does all of the screen editing, etc. with no problems whatsoever. I have found one that does seem to work properly and it comes with the quantum link disk. It is called VT100 and works ok. I have also got replies for other VT100 emulators and when I get them, I will post it on the net and then if you want them you can let me know via mail.
