We have got a tape from the DECUS program library which was written
on a DECsystem-10. Since there is no DECsystem-10 around, we want to
read it on a VAX. All we know is that the tape has 9 tracks and a
blocksize of 2720 bytes (and that VMS/dump does not give any hints to us).
Probably there is a program somewhere that manages to read such a tape
format in VAX/VMS.
