Is anyone maintaining a directory of public domain software for the
Rainbow on a host accessible through the ARPANET?  I believe Bernie Eiben was
maintaining such a directory on marlboro.dec.com.  Has anyone taken
over for him?  If this question has been asked and answered many
times, please respond to me directly.
