You can run almost any program which utilizes the direct memory access to the screen. (i.e. WordPerfect, and many word processors.) You need at least 768K for this feature. If you still own the DEC, as I do, you should probably subscribe to the Rainbow News. It is one of the most informative publications for the Rainbow.
