The package contains a set of linkable libraries for a specific C compiler (I have the Turbo C version), along with a very complete manual. This package has routines for just about anything you would ever want to do through a serial port including full Hayes modem support. It can handle something like 16 serial ports at 9600 baud. I bought my copy from the Programmers Connection for about $100.00 - $125.00. (can't exactly remember...drain bramage!) All in all, this is one of the finest tools I own!
