Has anyone had any success/problems getting GIF files to work on an
IBM XT clone? Mine has the Hercules compatible graphics card-the one 
that does CGA/MGA emulation, NOT the one that does the 720X348 Hi-res 
emulation-and wont work with GIF. Does GIF require an EGA board? I know 
someone who has a Hi-res hercules card and it won't work in his XT clone 
either. Thanks
