TOO!  Why do you write like that, John?  

Anyway, apparently Borland had problems with their VAX and the order
entry software on it.  It probably couldn't handle all the requests for
Turbo C 1.5 AND Turbo Pascal 4.0 AND the toolboxes.  They even sent out
a nice letter of apology with the upgrade.
