 Are there any utilities that support the conversion of GIF files directly
 into other formats, like PC Paintbrush, Windows Paint, or MacPaint? Since
 a lot of pictures are too big for the screen it is a pain to snapshot
 a picture a screen at a time and paste the pieces back together.
