There has been much information passed back and forth about the Amstrad 
products, some very contradictory.  I think it might serve all of those
interested in this machine if someone would post a straight-forward review
of the 1640.  

I think it would be nice to hear about compatible/incompatible software,
hardware add-ins, and so on.  General impressions and price would be great
too.  Any volunteers?
