  I'm clueless.  How do I post a .com file to comp.binaries.ibm.pc?
Also, how do I recover those posted by other people?  Please be thorough
in your reply.  I am an engineer, but can be computer dense.

  Also, perhaps someone (anyone) could tell me how useful my considered
submission to the PD world is ->  it's the UNIX shell tool "tail".  Are
there other PD versions available?
