Summary: 

While people are discussing the List manager, is there any easy
way to get dividers between list items rather that defining a
custom list?  I would have though lists with lines between
items would be an obvious thing to include as an option.
My apologies if I'm missing something incredibly obvious.

  If it does require a custom LDEF, and anybody has such a beast
floating around (in source form), please feel free let me
see it.  Thanks,
