Summary: 10.3 does background downloads under XMODEM/Kermit OK


	RR 10.3 does bacgkround downloads using XMODEM or Kermit when
running under MultiFinder.  Occasionally, however, I will get an error
message AFTER the downlad has successfully completed, noting that 'The
application has unexpectedly quit (2)'.  I've gotten the same error
when running StuffIt under MultiFinder, so I suspect the application(s)
are unable to get the memory they need.  (I'm running on a 1-meg Mac
Plus).  Will post a follow-up note after getting a memory upgrade.
