However (knew that was coming, didn't you), when the menu bar is other than white, the menu clock's numerals are enclosed by a rectangle of white. Is it possible to write the time numerals to the menubar using a mode that will matte the numerals over the menubar, rather than creating the white rectangle? Additionally, instead of just writing them in black, why not assume menu bars of varying colors and perhaps write the numerals in the INVERSE of the background color, thereby guaranteeing that they will always be visible? Always another mod...
