FONTs are documented in "Inside Macintosh" Vol. I, Font Manager,
pp. 218-235.  FONDs are documented in Vol. IV, Font Manager, pp.
29-48 with more detailed information in the "LaserWriter Reference
Manual", Chapter 4. Downloadable fonts are also described in
Chapter 4.
