Austin, Tx Lines: 19 Keywords: Hard Disk, SCSI Disk, CMS Hard Disk Just before Christmas I received a flyer from a mail order place called "Computer Direct". They have a "Ready to Plug into the Macintosh" 20 MB SCSI hard disk for $499.95+$14.50 shipping. from the picture in the catalog you might conclude that the drive is manufactured by a company called "CMS" First of all, is this a good price for a 20 Meg SCSI drive nowadays? Has anyone seen a comparable or better price elsewhere? Second, is CMS a drive manufacturer? If so are they any good? Third, has anyone bought, seen, used this particular drive? Opinions on quality, etc? Has anyone dealt with COMPUTER DIRECT? Good/bad experiences? Please respond by email. I'll summarize to the net if I get enough reponses. Thanks in advance.
