I've found it to be a marvelous machine- it runs ALL my old Mac software except a couple copy protected games. However, I do want to register a complaint about the physical design. When I look inside the case, I notice that it is practically all air. My 3 1/2 inch sony drive and 40 megabyte drive take up only a small fraction of the space allocated for them. There seems to be room for 4 half height 3 1/2 inch devices and 2 half height 5 1/4 in devices. This would be nice except the only 3 1/2 peripheral devices can be accessed from outside the case. It doesn't seem like there is any way to put a 5 1/4 inch drive, CD ROM or tape drive inside the existing case(unlike an AT). This means added peripherals *must* have their own case and power supply adding to their cost and the clutter on my desk. Is there any chance of this changing?
