I've found that almost everything that was on ngp.utexas.edu,
which has been retired, are already on ix1.cc.utexas.edu.  You
have to rlogin with user name "microlib" and you're given a Kermit
server.  Quitting Kermit logs you out.  You can't get to the
directory via ftp, you have to rlogin.
