Does anyone out there know of any existing programs which will
convert MacPaint documents to standard raster data format?

Ie, if I had a macpaint image of a smile face, I would want a
stream of binary data like this:

000000
010010
000000
100001
011110
000000

Now, if this doesn't exist, anyone feel like hacking it up for me?
