Did anyone before try to use EGP on a p4200 while NOT peering with
the Arpanet core? I just tried it out and got the following message:

EGP bd init nbr 35.1.1.11 rsn 7, ign

Unfortunately (unless I missed it) the manual does not explain what
"rsn 7" (presumably "reason seven?") is.
