This is an HD-17 CRT, made by Ball Brothers, Ball Electronic Display Division. I have the name of an engineer, Al Wielenberg, and a phone number, 612/786-8900, which didn't work the last time I tried calling them. I *think* they went out of business. I have been unable to find a schematic for these monitors myself, even right here within Xerox. Sigh. - Michel
