Does anyone have any data on whether it is more taxing on the
eyes to use reverse video (ie, black screen with white lettering)
or regular video?

I use the reverse video, and recently started thinking the jig
was up when my eyes started really hurting after only an hour
or two at the machine.  Then I noticed a couple of the fluorecent
bulbs above my desk had burned out, and after replacing them,
find I can go all day again.  Whew!
