Their support of their products is excellent. However, I recommend using the soldering method because the connectors are subject to poor connections (as mentioned) and that the baby board has been known to interfer space wise with other things (Gemni or UCI PC emulators - Not that ANYONE would actually want to pay money and use those...). Rob Logan (Thanx Rob) has posted the Clarkson Recommended way to upgrade the RAM. I recommend a slightly cleaner way (you Clarkson ECEs that came up with it didn't look at the whole situation completely) Do NOT use the mentioned resistor (which is left dangling from a bent IC pin), as there is one already provided on the motherboard for this use and is strategically located. We covered all of this a year or so back. I will be covering it all again in the ZUPGRADE series soon.
