A colleague asked me for help writing a troff-to-GML filter.
I only know troff, he only knows GML, and we're separated by
the Atlantic Ocean.  I figure that it would be easier to work
with existing software.  Does anyone know of a troff-to-GML
filter, public domain or otherwise?  (We prefer PD, but we
want to know all our options.)  P.S.  My troff runs on a Sun
running SunOS 3.2; his GML runs on an IBM 4381 running MVS.
