I have all the source code for CTeX on my 640K AT clone but I can't run the DVIxxx output drivers. There is not enough memory available for the drivers to allocate the page bitmap. If there is anyone who has managed to get around this problem please let me know how it's done? Reply by mail would be preferable since I don't always get a chance to read all the news.
