However, thanks to Hewlett Packard, all of the MIT sources (including xterm) now happily compile and run under HP-UX, which is System V based. Since we don't have any "pristine" System V machines around to check against, this doesn't guarantee things will compile in other environments, but it is a good start. If someone would like to contribute stream-based IPC code, we would be happy to take it.
