I have been looking for the same thing.  Now I have to have both pk
fonts for my dvi2lj (Laserjet+) driver and
pxl fonts for my xdvi.  I would also like to have 75 dpi instead of
300dpi fonts since the latter are much too big for
my HP9000/350 with its 1024x768 pixel
monitor.  Anyone who can help me?

By the way,  a previewer for Tek 4014 would be very welcome as well
