I am writing a paper for a technical writing class on how we run
our computer scince lab here at UOP(University of the Pacific).
Specifically how we run the one that is run by the computer science
department.  It is run almost exclusively by the students ourselves.

What I would like to know is how the administration of your lab is set
up?  Who does backup etc.  is it a student or not.

Also, what are your regulations regarding reading or posting news and 
on sending and receiving email from various other places.
