Probably alot of sys admins will be interested in this so Ive done a
followup instead of a reply.
I recommend buying the telebits.

we ( watmath ), clyde, onfcanim and utzoo recently got telebits.
Some entries from todays SYSLOG are :  ( clyde is not in Ont )

we have just very recently changed our interface speed from 9600 to 19200
and expect faster rates as soon as others do also.
