  Could someone that has access to large amounts of information on
different IC manufactures help me out in identifying two chips.  The
only identifying markings are -

      GI 8719C-A	Taiwan

      GI 8245 CBA	Taiwan
      the above also has a 8652 stamped on it.

Any help in identifying these ics would be appreciated.
