I would like to do some inexpensive Computer-VCR animation,
and was wondering if it could be done by slowing down a VCR, and using a
DAC, (Remove the Monitor, and Format conversion equipment.).
The problem is that the VCR would need to be slowed down in orders
of magnitude.

Any ideas, suggestions?
