Most of what I know is from "Transmission Line Transformers", by Dr. Jerry 
Sevick, C 1987.  This book is published and sold by The American Radio Relay 
League, 225 Main St., Newington, CT 06111.  The book is $10; they require $2.50 
for book rate shipping, or $3.50 for UPS shipping.  Good luck on your project!
